About Us
Located in Board of Education District 7 and KCS Region 4, Brickey-McCloud Elementary School is a large school that maintains a small community atmosphere. Our parents, students, staff, and entire community play a part in developing our most important resource: our children!
Our school has a longstanding history in the Halls/Powell Community spanning over 20 years. Named after Leonard Brickey and John McCloud. Our current building has been opened since 2003 and is home to 860 students.

The mission of Brickey-McCloud Elementary School is to challenge and guide children to reach their fullest potential as responsible, lifelong learners who are considerate, contributing citizens, and respectful of diversity.
